What We Do
Four services. One question first: where is the water coming from?
What We Do
Fairfield Basement Waterproofing started with two services and stayed that way for years on purpose. What changed is that the same crew kept getting asked the same follow-up questions on the same estimates — "can you do the crack in the wall while you're here?", "what about under the addition?" — and sending those homeowners to someone else meant a second company guessing at a problem we'd already diagnosed. So the list is now four, and every one of them starts the same way it always has: Dave or one of the crew walks the basement or crawls the crawl space, finds where the water is actually coming from, and writes it down with a price before anything is scheduled. Basement Waterproofing is still the job we're known for. Sump Pump Installation keeps a drainage system working. Foundation Crack Repair is the fix for the most common leak point in a poured wall. Crawl Space Encapsulation is the basement job for the half of Fairfield that doesn't have a basement. Below is what each one involves and what it typically costs.

Interior drainage systems, exterior excavation and membrane, and window well drainage, matched to how water is actually getting in. See the full details, including typical pricing →

New installs, replacements, battery backup, and repairs, so the pump under your floor is one you can count on in a storm. See the full details, including typical pricing →

Polyurethane and epoxy injection, carbon-fiber reinforcement, and cove-joint leaks — done from inside, usually in one visit. See the full details, including typical pricing →

Drainage, a sealed vapor barrier, closed vents, and a dehumidifier for a crawl space that's damp, musty, or wet. See the full details, including typical pricing →
That's what the free inspection is for.
